Alfred J.Pello, known as Fred at N3 Oceanic, a Certified Public Accountant, has been helping businesses achieve their financial goals for the past twenty-five years. A life long believer in natural supplements, Fred was delighted when Tim Shields, the founder of Res-Q products, called upon him to be his sole financial advisor.

Fred spent eight years with an international accounting firm before starting his own accounting and consulting firm. His vast knowledge of business and operational techniques has helped his clients become successful.

With the tremendous success of N3 Oceanic and the Res-Q products, the company called upon Fred to become fully involved and named him President and Chief Financial Officer.

Today Fred and other members of the management team are working hard to bring the best in natural supplements to N3’s loyal customers.

Dr. Frederic J. Vagnini — Chief Medical Advisor

Dr. Vagnini is a graduate of St. Louis University School of Medicine in 1963. He underwent 8 years of post doctorate internship and residency at the Downstate Medical Center, Brooklyn, New York and Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, New York, New York.

Dr. Vagnini served in the United States Army as a Lieutenant Colonel and subsequently entered into private practice on Long Island, New York. For the next 25 years, Dr. Vagnini practiced as a heart, lung and blood vessel surgeon. As his career continued, he became interested in Health Education, Preventive Medicine and Clinical Nutrition.

Dr. Vagnini has extensive media experience with hundreds of local and national radio and television appearances. He presently hosts a live call in show called "The Heart Show”, and he formerly hosted a national health show on Fox Television.

Dr. Vagnini has written hundreds of articles in the area of health education such as a monthly newsletter entitled "Cardiovascular Wellness Newsletter", as well as numerous in scientific publications. He currently maintains a private practice in New York City.

John R. Manzella Jr. DO, MBA

John R. Manzella Jr. DO, MBA is a board certified physician in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. After graduating from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1995, "Dr. Jack" completed a dual residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics from Beth Israel Hospital in 1999. Since graduation, Dr. Jack has been in private practice with his brothers (Drs. Edward and Victor Manzella) in northeastern Pennsylvania. He is also a clinical-education director for the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and the medical director of Arcadia Hospice. Dr. Jack emphasizes a natural approach to well being.

Tracy, E. Timothy and Michael Shields believe strongly in the Res-Q® brand their father created over 20 years ago and are determined to carry on the family business. Each currently works for N3 Oceanic, Inc. in various capacities and have all played a defining role in maintaining the company’s “family-owned and operated” stance in the marketplace.
