Hi Ginny. I recommend the Res-Q LDL-x2 with the niacin and Res-Q 1250. But always make sure to check with your doc first!

I'm at high risk for Atherosclerosis. My Total Cholesterol is 201mg/dl, my LDL is 99mg/dl & my HDL is 91mg/dl with a ratio of 2.2. Do you recommend the Res-Q LDL-x2 (without niacin) or the Res-Q LDL-x2 with Niacin? My Triglycerides are 56mg/dl.
