Res-Q Mega Acai does not replace Res-Q CellPower. Here is some information about each product:

Res-Q CellPower provides Co-Q10, a powerful antioxidant, plus additional heart-healthy antioxidants that provide cholesterol-support benefits. Res-Q CellPower encourages healthy arteries by neutralizing harmful free-radicals. Free radicals can harm the cells and the arteries. The oxidation of cholesterol by free radicals can damage the arteries. The antioxidants in Res-Q CellPower have been shown in studies to protect LDL cholesterol from the damaging effects of oxidation. Furthermore, CoQ10 has unique benefits. It helps the heart to pump blood, increases cellular energy and helps heal the muscles. It is recommended to take CoQ10 when you are on any cholesterol-lowering regimen.

Res-Q Mega Acai contains three of the most powerful antioxidants designed to fight different types of free radicals. These ingredients are not in Res-Q CellPower therefore, combining the two supplements will provide you with even greater health-benefits and greater free-radical protection for not just the heart, but the brain, and all of the cells in the body.

My name is Greg Keiper and Ive used the Rescue 1250. I had read the research and was following the radio program for a number of years and I am convinced that a high intake of EPA and DHA has unparalleled benefits in helping to control and alleviate heart disease. It appears to have a host of benefits that are still being explored!

I happen to be a lupus patient, kidney transplant and have undergone multiple surgeries. I have a large chunk of metal in my right wrist. Due to the prostaglandin content of the fish oil, the pain that was present in that wrist is to a minimum, allowing me to function quite normally. My kidney doctor is quite happy with my taking the fish oil. It seems that the prostaglandins in the fish oil are safe for my transplant, apparently this isn't the case with prostaglandins derived from aspirin as I'm discouraged from taking that. I appear to be getting some kind of anti inflammatory benefit without the downside(s) associated with NSAIDs! I call that the win win!

I do have one complaint about the Rescue 1250 product. My complaint is that when I use it I burp up a terrible fish flavor. One of your consultants recommended that I keep it in the freezer. That does help with the first dose taken in the morning although burping does result even in that instance. The problem is compounded, by the fact that I take multiple doses of medication throughout the day, and of course I would like to take the fish oil caps at the same time and spread them out across the day as well. I carry the pre-poured medication/supplements on my person so that I can take them as required. By the time I take the second and third doses of fish oil, they are at body temperature and I'm prone to burping them. Combined with my tendency for reflux the consequences of taking the fish oil is not tolerable.

I recommend that you provide enteric coating for the fish oil capsules. I hope this idea gets noticed by one of your decision makers at ResQ...

I eat fish as part of my diet but I still need to take Res-Q 1250 so that I can obtain a therapeutic level of omega-3. I don’t eat fish everyday due to the pollution found in fish. I take my Res-Q 1250 everyday.

I choose Res-Q 1250 because it is a pure omega-3 supplement free of the harmful levels of mercury or pollution found in fish.

Res-Q 1250 is made from omega-3 rich fish from the sardine and herring family.

After the fish are harvested, the oil is extracted and detoxified using molecular distillation. The active omega-3 ingredients EPA and DHA are maintained while most of the residual fish oil is discarded. The fishy taste is removed and a hint of natural lemon oil is added to further enhance the taste.

The purification process takes place at a licensed facility that follows cGMP guidelines (current good manufacturing practices). After this extensive purification process, each batch of oil is tested for mercury, Pcb’s, dioxins, and other environmental concerns prior to encapsulation. After the oil is assayed, showing a pure and potent product, Res-Q 1250 is encapsulated or bottled.

Hi All. First time here. Nice site, lots of information.

Eating fish has no problems if you don’t do it too often. But if you want to supplement your diet with the proper amounts of omega 3 by just eating fish, it could be a big heath risk. You would have to eat fish almost every day and that could mean dangerous amounts of mercury in your nervous system.

It is important to have in mind that there are certain conditions to get the benefits fish oil can bring.

You need to take a good quality fish oil, free from mercury and other contaminants. That is a molecularly distilled fish oil.

Then, you need to take a minimum amount of fish oil, krill oil or cod liver oil at a certain frequency.

There is not an establish amount of omega 3 for any health benefit but I recommend to take at least 900 mg per day of omega 3 fats (close to 3.000 mg of fish oil), EPA plus DHA, per day.

Also, you should lower your intake of omega 6 fats (mostly grains and grain oils) since omega 3 and omega 6 counteract each other in the body. The best way to reduce omega 6 fats is to eliminate all starches from your diet, that is all grains and grain oil.

Best wishes,
Alfredoe

Before sitting down for a large high fat delicious meal, getting some of the good fats in your system is a good idea. I am going to take an extra capsule, for a total of 4 Res-Q 1250 Capsules prior to my meal. By consuming good omega3 fats from ResQ 1250 prior to consuming other fats, a more healthy balance of fats is created and I may feel better too!

I decided last September to start losing weight. I wanted to feel better overall and have more energy. This was achieved by changing my eating habits, watching what I eat, portion control and cutting out the empty calories of sodas and iced tea. Over time it has become easier to eat better quality foods and drink juices and flavored water. If I get an occasional craving for junk food, I do not deny myself but satisfy the craving. Also, I joined a local gym and attend a minimum of once a week. Daily at work I walk during break periods. My long term goal for this year is to keep off the weight I have lost and lose a few more additional pounds.

My overall goal is to lose 16 pounds over the course of the year. At work we are having a contest which started Jan 1st and goes until the end of March. Realistically I will not reach my goal in this time period but hope to loose as much as possible during the first few months. Of course winning the contest is great motivation however loosing the weight, toning my muscles, and just being healthier is where most of my motivation comes from. During this time I plan to control my calorie content and not exceed 1200 calories each day while also choosing healthy foods and decreasing my sugar consumption. I am going to the gym twice a week and on the other days doing my own workout routines at home each day. Consistancy and not giving up is key!
