Res-Q CellPower has CoQ10

Res-Q CellPower has CoQ10

Res-Q CellPower is recommended for anyone taking Res-Q 1250, Res-Q LDL-x2 with niacin, and Res-Q Orosine, and also for anyone seeking a healthy heart. Res-Q CellPower contains CoQ10 and other antioxidants: lutein, ascorbyl palmitate, astaxanthin, lycopene, and selenium.

Since it is found everywhere, CoQ10 is ubiquitous. Found in every cell, CoQ10 (ubiquinone) produces energy. Without energy, the heart can not properly perform, just like a person feeling low on energy, does not run, and can only walk instead.

Taking a CoQ10 supplement, like Res-Q CellPower for example, is one of the best things to do.

Why Should I Take Co-Q10?

Wednesday, September 3rd, 2008

Res-Q CellPower An essential part of the cardiovascular program, Co-Q10 provides tremendous heart benefits. We suggest Res-Q CellPower (Co-Q10) for everyone!

Reasons to take CoQ10:

It is a good idea to supplement the body’s own production of Co-Q10 with a Co-Q10 supplement to ensure that you have enough Co-Q10 in your body to improve your overall cardiovascular health.  It is possible for people to not have sufficient levels of Co-Q10 because Co-Q10 declines with age and many prescriptions may deplete it.

Co-Q10 is a powerful antioxidant that provides cellular energy to all your cells, including your heart. Antioxidants fight the free radicals that can cause cellular damage. Co-Q10 is an ingredient found in Res-Q CellPower, a combination of antioxidants to encourage the health of the arteries.

People taking statins also need CoQ10

Wednesday, April 9th, 2008

Res-Q CellPower It is important to take a CoQ10 supplement with a statin, a specific type of cholesterol lowering pharmaceutical medication that inhibits cholesterol production in the liver via HMG-CoA Reductase.  Statin medications have been shown to lower CoQ10 levels. Therefore, it would be wise to take a CoQ10 supplement when taking a statin.

Res-Q CellPower contains CoQ10 and other heart healthy antioxidants. Since CoQ10 is essential for healthy muscles, CoQ10 may reduce muscle related side effects from the medications. CoQ10 also helps heart function, which is also important for maintaining cardiovascular health.  Heart health is about more than just cholesterol. Even if your cholesterol is lowered, supplementing with CoQ10 helps inhibit the oxidation of cholesterol to help maintain healthy arteries.

Did you know…

Lovastatin, a popular drug medication, has been shown to deplete CoQ10 in rats and in humans.

Treatment with Pravachol and Zocor, statin drug medications, lowered blood levels of CoQ10 in humans. Although cholesterol was lowered, CoQ10 was also lowered.

CoQ10 has “antioxidative properties” and promotes celluar energy.

Inhibiting the “biosynthesis” of cholesterol can also inhibit the “biosynthesis” of CoQ10. Therefore, it would be wise to supplement with CoQ10 when taking anything that inhibits the enzyme involved in the production of cholesterol in the liver, such as a statin medication.

Res-Q CellPower is recommended for anyone taking a statin medication.
