We’ve been spending a lot of time this month talking about Res-Q Trim System and all its great benefits for weight loss.

 The entire body is made up of cells and these cells need antioxidants for optimal balance. Excess amounts of free radicals can harm cells. Neutralizing multiple types of free radicals promotes better cell health and arterial health.

New Study shows that Green tea helps burn fat

In March, 2008, a placebo-controlled study examining the effects of green tea on exercise, was published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.  Fat was burned at a faster rate for those who took the Green tea supplement. The study also showed that green tea can play a role in insulin function and blood sugar tolerance, and increase the rate of fat oxidation.

Green tea promotes fat burning both at rest and during exercise.   According to studies on green tea, weight loss can be achieved by increasing energy expenditure, which can be achieved by adding exercise and by taking Green tea. These findings suggest that green tea can help you burn more fat than exercise alone, and burn more fat faster during exercise. Even if you are not exercising, Green tea has also been shown to “promote fat oxidation in humans at rest.” (more…)
