Niacin Benefits

Tuesday, October 27th, 2009

Res-Q HDL+Res-Q HDL+ provides niacin in a special form of niacin commonly referred to as no-flush niacin.  Some of the health benefits of Res-Q HDL+: improved circulation, better cardiovascular health, and promotion of HDL, the good cholesterol that picks up excess cholesterol in the bloodstream and carries it away.

One of the health benefits of niacin is the reduced secretion of apoB containing lipoproteins: VLDL, LDL, and Lpa. By promoting the reduction of excess lipoproteins such as Low Density Lipoprotein also known as LDL cholesterol, niacin benefits the health of the arteries. (more…)

What are the ingredients in Res-Q LDL-x2 with Niacin?

Res-Q LDL-x2 is also available without niacin.

Res-Q LDL-x2 with Niacin contains plant sterols, policosanol, and No-Flush niacin.

Plant sterols, called “phytosterol esters” occur naturally in many plants and foods, but not at a level which reduces cholesterol. Only from supplementing the diet with a sufficent level of plant sterols can you achieve maximum benefits for cholesterol well-being. Plant sterols inhibit the absorption of cholesterol in the digestive tract providing the additional benefit of working on the dietary portion of cholesterol.

Policosanol is an all-natural extract from the sugar-cane plant. Although policosanol is derived from sugar cane, it is from the waxy coating of the sugar cane, and therefore does not contain any significant amount of carbohydrates. Policosanol is also safe for diabetics. (more…)

Res-Q HDL+

We use only the No-Flush form of niacin in Res-Q products. The niacin in Res-Q HDL+ is the No-Flush form of niacin. Res-Q HDL+ provides the health benefits of niacin without the typical side effects associated with niacin. Unlike regular niacin, No-Flush niacin found in Res-Q HDL+ and Res-Q LDL-x2 with Niacin, does not result in abrupt dilation of blood vessels that can cause redness or itching reactions.

We know niacin is good for cardiovascular health, which is why Res-Q LDL-x2 with Niacin is the preferred formula for cardiovascular health. Res-Q HDL+ should be used with Res-Q LDL-x2 with Niacin to achieve optimal levels of No-Flush niacin for maximum results. The No-Flush niacin in Res-Q HDL+ is very well tolerated. If you think you can’t take niacin, you may want to try Res-Q HDL+, and enjoy the benefits of No-Flush niacin. (more…)

Res-Q HDL+

Res-Q HDL+

Many of our customers have reported health benefits such as an increase in the good cholesterol (HDL) from the use of Res-Q HDL+.

In a german study on No-flush niacin and lipoproteins, there was a 24% increase in HDL in one of the study groups of people taking inositol nicotinate  in conjunction with clofibrate. Inositol nicotinate is another name for “No-Flush” niacin.

Furthermore, according to Alternative Medicine Review, “Welsh and Eade found IHN more effective than niacin in its hypocholesterolemic, antihypertensive, and lipotropic effects.”IHN refers to “inositol hexanicotinate,” another technical term for the “No-flush” form of Niacin. (more…)

Our customers who are maintaining their cholesterol levels that are within the normal range take Res-Q LDL-x2 with Niacin and Res-Q 1250, our safe and effective omega-3 supplement.

Healthy Arteries: the role of good cholesterol, HDL, in arterial health

Res-Q HDL+, a unique, natural, No-Flush niacin, is the best form of niacin. Our customers have had health benefits from just 2 capsules per day: one capsule in the AM and one capsule in the PM. Some doctors recommend more.

The Res-Q product line offers a more complete approach to total cardiovascular health. Looking at multiple factors offers more ways to help maintain healthy arteries.

Do you know your “good cholesterol” number, called HDL?

According to The National Institute of Health:

“an HDL level less than 40mg is …a major risk factor…”

and

“the higher, the better.”

HDL “picks up” cholesterol in the bloodstream and disposes of it. Having more of it or having a higher number is a good thing because the good HDL cholesterol helps promote healthy arteries by trying to keep the LDL cholesterol from “building up in the walls of the arteries.”

Res-Q HDL+ (No-Flush Niacin)

Res-Q HDL+

Res-Q HDL+ is formulated to include both niacin and inositol. Niacin and inositol are members of the B Vitamin family. This compound provides safe, effective results without the typical side effects associated with other types of niacin.

Studies on inositol nicotinate indicate no adverse reactions even at doses higher than 1,000mg. This unique form of Niacin is metabolized differently than other forms of Niacin. Other forms of Niacin are associated with many side effects. This is why Res-Q HDL+, No-Flush Niacin, is the best choice for our customers.

Niacin is so good for heart health, that we suggest taking Res-Q HDL+, along with Res-Q LDL-x2 with Niacin, Res-Q 1250 and Res-Q CellPower for a more complete approach to maintaining a healthy cardiovascular system. Taking additional niacin enhances cardiovascular health benefits.  (more…)

The Basic Starter Pack

Monday, March 3rd, 2008

N3OCEANIC offers a more complete approach to cholesterol care with additional emphasis on total cardiovascular health. The products in our basic starter pack offers multiple benefits for cardiovascular health. Including in this package is lots and lots of extra free product to help introduce the first time customer to the cholesterol care offered by the Res-Q product line.

When reordering, ask to put these specific products on your convenience plan, and continue to save and enjoy the benefits of automatic delivery: consistent usage, savings, and continual results.

Here is some more information about the products including in our basic starter pack:

Res-Q products should be used in combination for optimal cardiovascular health. For example, Res-Q LDL-x2 with Niacin (also available without Niacin) is formulated to work with Res-Q 1250 and Res-Q Cell Power to achieve complete cholesterol well-being.

Res-Q 1250 is a highly purified and potent form of omega 3, that provides adults with the proper balance of essential heart healthy omega 3- fatty acids to support circulation, arterial elasticity, encourage the reduction of triglycerides, balance inflammation, maintain cholesterol levels already within normal range, and further cholesterol health benefits when used along with Res-Q LDL-x2. For example, triglycerides are a part of your total cholesterol number.

Res-Q LDL-x2 with Niacin: Res-Q LDL-x2 with Niacin is a more comprehensive formulation of No-Flush Niacin, plant sterol esters, and policosanol to provide more complete benefits for cardiovascular health such as promoting circulation, and maintaining healthy veins and arteries. Additionally, Res-Q LDL-x2 with Niacin contains an ingredient (plant sterols) to addresses the dietary portion of cholesterol. No-Flush Niacin encourages vasodilation which promotes expanded (relaxed) blood vessels supporting healthy blood flow to the heart.

Res-Q CellPower: Res-Q Cell Power helps maintain healthy veins and arteries, and supports a healthy cardiovascular system. Antioxidants (compounds that fight free radicals) help keep cholesterol from oxidizing, and encourage cholesterol in its already healthy state. Cholesterol that has been oxidized and chemically altered becomes harmful to healthy arteries.

Res-Q CellPower includes Co-Q10 in addition to many other powerful antioxidants. It is very important to supplement the body’s own production of Co-Q10 when on any cholesterol health program. Co-Q10 (a powerful antioxidant), and cholesterol partially share the same production pathway in the liver. CoQ10 helps maintain healthy muscles and supports heart function by promoting cellular energy within a healthy heart muscle.

Res-Q HDL+, our no-flush form of Niacin, consisting of 6 molecules of Niacin surrounding one molecule of Inositol, is formulated for use with Res-Q products, and has multiple unique cardiovascular benefits. Niacin has been shown in clinical studies to increase HDL (the good cholesterol) levels, and promote circulation. Expanded (relaxed) blood vessels allow more room for blood flow. Niacin encourages the production of larger more buoyant lipoproteins. Smaller, more compact cholesterol particles are more harmful to healthy arteries than larger, fluffier, more buoyant cholesterol particles. The size of the cholesterol is an additional factor in heart health. The HDL number, also known as the “good” cholesterol, is a part of your total cholesterol number. The good cholesterol helps carry cholesterol away from artery walls. In fact, the amount of good cholesterol (HDL) to total cholesterol may be more valuable to know than knowing only the total cholesterol number.
