Res-Q
Land ‘n’ Sea Fiber
What is the difference
between Res-Q Land ‘n’
Sea Fiber and other fiber supplements?
Res-Q Land ‘n’ Sea
Fiber is all natural and free
of additives. The only ingredients
are psyllium seed husks and
kelp.
We add North Atlantic sea kelp
to the psyllium seed husks to
enhance the performance of our
fiber supplement. Kelp is rich
in many minerals and trace elements.
How do psyllium
seed husks work?
Soluble fiber from certain foods,
when included in a low saturated
fat and cholesterol diet, helps
to lower blood total and LDL cholesterol
levels. Psyllium is a rich concentrated
source of soluble fiber.
Res-Q products, taken in combination,
help promote optimal cholesterol
wellness and cardiovascular health.
Psyllium seed husks are a concentrated
source of dietary fiber, which
promotes a healthy digestive system.
Psyllium acts as a sponge in the
