Res-Q Me Too!

Who should take Res-Q Me Too!?

Children ages 1-12.

This special formula of DHA and EPA was designed to provide children with the proper balance of essential omega-3 fatty acids needed for optimal growth, skin health, nutritional purposes, brain and retinol development, as well as increased learning, memory and coordination skills.

What is the difference between Res-Q Me Too! and Res-Q 1250?

Res-Q Me Too!, is formulated to meet the needs of growing children and is a great tasting lemon-flavored liquid supplement high in DHA.

Res-Q Me Too! contains a minimum of 740 mg of DHA per serving.

Res-Q Me Too! has a different balance of EPA and DHA than Res-Q 1250.

Res-Q Me Too! has a higher DHA to EPA amount whereas Res-Q 1250 has a higher EPA to DHA amount.

What is DHA and why is it beneficial?

DHA, also referred to as docosahexaenoic acid, is an essential fatty acid that the body needs, but is unable to produce on its own.

DHA is a major component in both the brain and retina. DHA is required for the maintenance of normal brain and nervous system function.
Communication between the brain and nervous system requires DHA.

DHA plays a role in the cell membrane, where the electrical impulses that are the basis of communication within the nervous system are generated.

Can’t my child obtain sufficient amounts of DHA through diet?

The average American diet does not contain sufficient amounts of DHA.

Today’s grain-fed animals and farm-raised fish contain lower levels of DHA than their wild ancestors.

It is almost impossible to consume sufficient amounts of DHA through diet alone.

Can pregnant women, nursing mothers and children under the age of one take Res-Q Me Too!?

Pregnant women, nursing mothers and young children can benefit from DHA supplementation.

Babies are not able to convert other omega-3s into EPA and DHA and rely on a direct supply of DHA from their mothers.

Many mothers are deficient in DHA throughout their pregnancy, which translates to DHA deficiency in the children from birth.

We suggest that pregnant women, nursing mothers and mothers with children under the age of one work with their doctors to determine which supplement is right for them (Res-Q 1250 or Res-Q Me Too!).

Specific dosage recommendations must be made by your doctor.
