Res-Q Products 60-day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your first purchase of a Res-Q product from N3 Oceanic Inc, you may request a refund of your initial purchase of the product within 60 days of the order invoice date. Product bottles (opened, unopened and empty bottles) must be returned via U.S. Mail, certified and insured, to N3 Oceanic within 7 business days after the 60 days for a full refund (less shipping and handling costs). All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Note: Preauthorization and a valid RMA # are required for all returns. Please call 1-800-26-ALIVE to obtain an RMA #.
Res-Q Product Exchange Policy
Product exchanges may be requested within 30 days of the order invoice date. Opened and unopened bottles you wish to exchange must be returned via U.S. Mail, certified and insured, and reach N3 Oceanic within 7 business days after the 30 days. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
